I want to start off with the food is very good! I enjoyed their tacos, they are larger than I ​expected and definitely worth the price! My boyfriend really enjoyed their carne asada burrito!
Overall I would come back to the enjoy their amazing food!

La Taqueria Jalisco had their food truck/trailer at the ​O'side music in the park (MLK) yesterday. I was tempted ​to purchase their x3 tacos (pork, beef and chicken), but ​saw they offered carne asada fries and went for that.
The meal was prepared fresh to order. I was handed a ​large plate of food, which was nicely presented. The ​hot, firm, narrow fries were covered in pieces of asada, ​which were not overdone, with a zip (just the right ​amount) of whatever their house sauce was, along with ​a light coating of finely shredded cheese. They had ​offerings you can add to your order, and I added green ​sauce on one side and red sauce on the opposite side. I ​tossed some onions in one corner and their avocado ​cream, which I would not call guacamole, in the other ​corner. There were about 5 additional options to ​choose from.
I thought the carne asada fries were tasty, good. The ​green and red sauce were also good, with the red ​sauce having a little zing to it. The diced onions gave it ​a little extra crunch to go with the fries.
If I happen to be in an area where the truck/trailer is ​set up, and I was hungry, I would definitely buy from ​them again.

Had their food truck it was delicious, and their ​staff was very friendly. They also let u put all ​the toppings on your own taco which I loved.
10/10 would recommend.

Probably the best Taco Truck you will ever have. I wish they had a restaurant, because I ​crave the food more often than I come across the trucks.
The guys are great too! They hooked me up with some of their AMAZING guacamole salsa, ​which is the best thing on the planet (I'll combat anyone who disagrees).

Was a guest at an event ​catered by la taqueria ​Jalisco. The set up was ​organized. You approach two ​cooks who grill the choice of ​meat you would like. For me ​the options were chicken and ​beef. Nice ladies and quick ​service. You then proceed to ​a table with condiments ​(salsa, guac., other sauces) ​beans, cheese, rice and ​chips.

Jalisco was catering a party I was ​at last night, the street tacos were ​the best. Very very tasty and fresh. ​We had a choice of beef, chicken ​and pork. All three is delicious but ​my fav was the pork. The hot sauces ​were excellent. The chips were ​homemade and carried a great ​corn flavor. We were in Ladera ​Ranch and figured they were local ​to the area. After complimenting the ​cooks, I was stoked to discover the ​are in Vista and a Food truck in San ​Marcos. That's my area... woo hoo! ​I'll be hunting you guys down for ​more of your superb tacos, sauce ​and chips!!!
